BSA8 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to bsa8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bsa8 platform, including the website at bsa8.app, the bsa8 mobile application, and all games, features, and services made available through them. By registering an account on bsa8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

bsa8 is an online gaming platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. Every part of the bsa8 experience — from the payment methods to the game library to the support team — has been designed with Bangladesh players in mind. These Terms reflect that focus. They are written to be clear and fair, not to confuse or mislead.

bsa8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, bsa8 may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one bsa8 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or notify support as soon as possible.

bsa8 will verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. This process is standard across all legitimate gaming platforms and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Registration is free. bsa8 does not charge any fee to open an account.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• bsa8 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

bsa8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three major mobile wallets used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions on bsa8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees and no hidden charges applied by bsa8 on deposits.

Deposits are credited to your bsa8 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear in your bsa8 balance within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

• The minimum deposit amount on bsa8 is ৳100.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bsa8 does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.

bsa8 processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed identity verification. Verification is a one-time process — once your account is verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional checks unless bsa8 has reason to request further documentation.

For verified accounts, bsa8 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes on average. During peak periods or for larger withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours. bsa8 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fee, which is outside bsa8's control.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have contacted support to update your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment method registered in someone else's name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bsa8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above a certain threshold.

bsa8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bsa8 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn, once wagering requirements are met.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• bsa8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All games available on bsa8 operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been independently audited. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and that no player, including bsa8 itself, can predict or influence the result of any game. bsa8 publishes its certification details so players can verify this independently.

Each game on bsa8 has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play. bsa8 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding the rules of a game.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the bsa8 system. Results cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game, bsa8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed will not be accepted. If a bet is placed in error after round closure, the wager will be returned.
• bsa8 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bsa8. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one bsa8 account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using bsa8 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bot use: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to play games or interact with the bsa8 platform.
• Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Abuse of support: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bsa8 support staff in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your wallet provider for a legitimate bsa8 transaction. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bsa8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bsa8 will never ask you for your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, phone, or social media. If anyone claiming to be from bsa8 asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to support immediately.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bsa8 platform without prior written permission from bsa8. Unauthorised use of bsa8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

• The bsa8 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Do not use them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bsa8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bsa8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bsa8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, bsa8 will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bsa8 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using bsa8 and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at that time.
